Formerly, a member of The Holly Parker Team, the #2 Team at Douglas Elliman in 2016 and #11 Team in the country ranked by the WJS, the #1 Team at Douglas Elliman in 2017, Nina has managed some of the most interesting and challenging real estate transactions. During that time, she built extensive knowledge of the market and fostered strong relationships with clients and peers. Nina loves the joys and challenges of the ever-changing residential real estate field and is very astute and analytical. Her clients also appreciate her professionalism, dedication, and tenacity in helping them pursue and achieve their goals.
Prior to real estate, Nina worked on the trading desk as a business analyst at Royal Dutch Shell, a multinational oil and gas company. Her work required her to live in and travel to various European countries. She speaks fluent German, Dutch, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Management from the Amsterdam School of Business.
A passionate New York City resident, Nina has called many neighborhoods home including Tribeca, the West Village, Hudson Yards, and the Upper West Side where she is currently. In her personal life, she is an enthusiastic tennis player, a great athlete and an avid traveler. Nina enjoys exploring what NYC has to offer, and admires its captivating architecture through photography.
