Ken began his career on Madison Avenue. For 24 years he worked in the New York ad agency business managing the development of advertising, marketing, research, media, promotion and PR programs for both domestic and international clients. Subsequently, he served for 13 years as CEO of the International Pizza Hut Franchise Holders Association leading the one of the nation's oldest and largest franchise organizations representing the interests of over 6,000 Pizza Hut restaurants.

Throughout his career, Ken and his wife have been active in real estate. They have owned Manhattan apartments, suburban homes, farmhouses, apartment buildings and participated in fractional ownership in five states and abroad. Ken couples the skills he has gained professionally with the real estate knowledge he has acquired personally to assist potential buyers considering purchasing Manhattan properties.

Ken also has the unique distinction of having moved into Manhattan five times in five decades. He has used what he has learned from those moves to help buyers from suburban markets deal with the sometimes daunting process of transitioning to New York City living. He as also lived in five different Manhattan neighborhoods over 25 years, which can provide a helpful perspective to those contemplating a move to the City.

Beyond real estate, Ken keeps his marketing skills sharp as an adjunct professor teaching online MBA marketing courses for Friends University, a private university based in Kansas. Ken holds a B.S. in Industrial Relations from the NYU Stern School of Business and an MBA in Management from Hofstra University. He and his wife have two grown children, a son working in marketing in the Midwest and a daughter who is with a hedge fund in New York.
