Jade has been an essential asset to the New York Douglas Elliman Development Marketing team for 10 years bringing several iconic development masterpieces to the market. After learning the "ins and outs" of the New York real estate industry from a marketing standpoint, Jade realized she not only wanted to be the backbone of a sale, but she wanted to be involved on the front lines as well.

Jade has landed in the Top 3% company-wide and was recently awarded the New Development Award for her outstanding achievements over the last decade with Douglas Elliman. Jade is currently managing a portfolio of over $2 Billion as the Director of Sales of The Mandarin Oriental Residences Fifth Avenue, A SHVO Property, along with holding the Senior Sales Manager position at 53W53, an architectural accord designed by Jean Nouvel developed by Pontiac Land Group and Hines Development.

Other recent new developments Jade has marketed and successfully sold include Ian Schrager's iconic developments 160 Leroy and 215 Chrystie, Shibumi Development's 601 Washington Street, Quinlan Development Group's One Vandam, Atlas Capital Group's 42 Crosby and Edward J. Minskoff's conversion work of art, 37 East 12th Street.

In addition to Jade's extensive work in new development, she has excelled by working on resales and rentals in Manhattan, the Hamptons, Los Angeles, and Miami.

Jade exerts the utmost professionalism and is a knowledgeable, highly motivated, and hardworking individual. The understanding of people and the influences of culture, environment, geography, and the overall complexities in life fuels her intuitiveness in knowing exactly what her clients' needs are.

Before entering the real estate world, Jade had an extensive background working in public relations and marketing starting in the hospitality industry with the Morgan's Hotel Group. She initiated the sales and revenue for the launch of the Mondrian Hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona while simultaneously working on achieving her bachelor's degree at Arizona State University and successfully producing acclaimed events for NBA All-Star Weekend, Superbowl, and the FBR Golf Tournament. Soon to follow her achievements, Jade moved to southern California to play a multifaceted role for a non-profit organization called Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation orchestrating fundraisers and community outreach which she continues to stay passionately involved with to this day.
