Peter Hernandez

Peter Hernandez is born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He lived in Bensonhurst in his youngest years before moving to Marine Park, where he would spend most of his childhood and into his 20's. Now residing in Bay Ridge, he commutes every day to the office to remain fully knowledgeable on all thing’s real estate.

Peter started his real estate career with Madison Estates Sotheby's International Realty and has never looked back. He credits much of his success to the many mentors and staff at Madison Estates Sotheby's International Realty. He prides himself in being the calm voice of reason through one of the most emotional transactions most people will make in their lifetime.

A true professional, he is always looking to share his knowledge, ensuring the real estate process is a seamless one for his clients. Peter's expertise is in both Brooklyn and Staten Island, where he has sold various types of properties (single family homes, multi-family homes, condominiums, and co-ops). Over the course of a real estate sale, there are many unforeseen hurdles that can arise in the process. Peter continues to build relationships with various professionals (mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys, insurance professionals, etc.) strengthening his network & outreach to further ensure a smooth transaction every time. Peter excels at being a dependable influence that guides his clients through successful closings.

Traveling and exploring the great outdoors is Peter's great passion. Peter loves to experience and explore the world; from hiking the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains to enjoying a cold pint at a pub in Ireland.

Making the most of every minute count, Peter starts his day at 5:30am, embarking on his daily 2 hour walk with strength training at the gym immediately after. Once his early morning routine is complete, he is ready to tackle the day and further his real estate career.
