A Realtor® who has experienced more than 30 years of market cycles, Laney
Rada has been described as patient, attentive, a good listener, and fun to work
with. "I'm a hands-on agent who still attends closings because I feel it's important
to see each transaction through to the client's complete satisfaction," she says.
Long-term agent-client relationships now include assisting successive
generations of a family with their real estate needs.
A native Miamian, Laney grew up in a historic Coral Gables home and currently
resides in Miami Beach. "I've made a point of living in a number of Miami
neighborhoods to get to know each one in depth," she says. "It's also given me a
better understanding of the challenges the moving process can pose for my
clients." Such dedication is hardly surprising in someone who grew up with a
Realtor® mother, relatives who were practicing architects, and exposure to the
world of real estate since childhood.
Having acted as her own agent when purchasing properties for herself or as
investments has enabled her to better empathize with her clients, who must trust a
stranger to consider their wants and needs and follow through to their
satisfaction. "Whether it's a lifestyle, a neighborhood, or a price point, I focus on
what's important to my customers," says Laney, "and strive to make them feel
comfortable in the decision making process."
Laney loves music, autobiographies, foreign films, and international travel. She
also enjoys practicing transcendental meditation and qigong. The holder of a
degree in early childhood education, she has spent decades helping children
through her volunteer work with such organizations as Catholic Hospice, Lighthouse for the Blind,
Guardian ad Litem, and Hands on Miami. In 2006, she was honored by President
George W. Bush with the President's Volunteer Service Award.

Laney Rada works in Miami which has a population of 1,567,667. Miami has a household income of $39,990. The educational attainment of residents of Miami includes 47.19% of adults who have at least a college degree.
Residents in Miami will typically attend school in Dade County.
