Gabriela Dajer

Gabriela Dajer has been a proud team member of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty since the South Florida firm’s inception in 2008 but her professional relationship with Founder/ CEO Mayi de la Vega stretches back even further. While earning a double major in International Business and Marketing at Florida International University, Dajer began her career as an executive assistant with Stewart de la Vega Group in Coral Gables, Fla. De La Vega soon recognized the college senior’s innate talent and hard work and promoted her to sales, initially for her luxury listings and eventually as an independent associate. Dajer continues to perform both aspects with a focus on luxury residential sales in Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest and Brickell. Along with her personal sales team, De La Vega has sold over $500 million in real estate and was ranked in the top 250 agents in U.S. by The Wall Street Journal.

A native of the Dominican Republic who’s fluent in Spanish and English, Dajer was introduced to the industry early on through her family’s careers in Architecture, Engineering, and Real Estate development and construction. The tradition lives on with her husband’s custom furniture studio in Miami, where the couple resides with their three children.
