A cool-headed, problem-solver by nature, Nate entered the world of real estate sales after practicing as a real estate attorney for the past three years. While doing so, Nate learned distinctive skills and gained life-changing experiences, both of which set him apart from your standard sales agent. The most important skills that Nate learned during his time in law: how to minimize the risk of future problems for his clients and deliver results. Nate brings that same maximum-effort approach to the world of real estate sales.

Spending extensive time in the Miami neighborhood as a youth, Nate developed a deep and lasting connection to the South Florida market. He considers himself privileged that he can help share this same connection to South Florida with his valued clients.

Clients and colleagues appreciate his passionate, but level-headed approach in guiding clients through one of the most significant transactions of their lifetime. In addition to real estate sales, Nate is intimately qualified to service clients in their search for rental properties. Clients can expect Nate to deliver a transparent view of the market and up-to-date information on market trends.

Residing in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Nate finds himself in the “center of the action.” This makes sense, as he spent seven years living in New York City, bringing with him the passion and drive that go along with living in a metropolitan city.

Outside of work, Nate has a passion for world travel, having visited over thirty countries in his lifetime. While at home, he enjoys playing tennis and watersports with his peers. He brings this same sense of enjoyment to his real estate work at Douglas Elliman.
