Sandra Fiorenza joined Douglas Elliman after a 12 year tenure at one Sotheby’s. Sandra has been a pioneer in the Miami Real estate market since 1998 when she immigrated from her native Germany after obtaining an MBA from the University of Dusseldorf and spending five years as a fashion and consumer goods marketing specialist. Sandra's career in luxury real estate is as remarkable as her success. Her start inreal estate came with a position with the famed Related Company and became their top sales executive on Miami Beach on development projects such as Yacht Club, Murano, Murano Grande. She then went on to selling red estate in her home terrain on Fisher Island, selling the luxury lifestyle she herself lives. Starting in 2010, she partnered with ONE Sotheby's and grew her sphere of influence from the Miami Beach waterfront and Fisher Island to high-end Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and Pinecrest. After living in Gables Estates for 9 years and raising her family there she returned to Fisher Island August 2021 and since then has transacted in over $54,000,000 on the Island.
