A Miami native with strong roots in New York, Joyce has over three decades of experience in luxury real estate sales and leasing, enabling her to locate and envision spaces for the most discerning clients. Her clients prize her tenaciousness, negotiation skills, work ethic, and keen esthetic sense.
In the words of one of her clients, “Joyce's rich life experience has blessed her with a unique understanding of the creative impulse, along with the tenacity for sales, and a recognition of the synergy of both.”
In 2016 Joyce joined the sales team at the legendary Surf Club Four Seasons in Surfside where she sold the ultimate in luxury living to a very well curated mix of clients. During her tenure, she was responsible for over $150 million dollars in sales, breaking records for price per square foot for this Richard Meier designed gem.
Subsequently, Joyce was invited to lead the sales efforts at neighboring Eighty Seven Park, a premier luxury development designed by another Pritzker Prize award winning architect, Renzo Piano. By guiding, not selling, her clients her results are always positive. Specializing in luxury waterfront properties with a focus in Surfside, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor and Miami Beach, Joyce was recognized in 2021 by Real Trends+Tom Ferry as America's Best Real Estate Agents 1.5% nationwide.
Earlier in her career, Joyce developed extensive experience in retail as both a buyer and an owner. In the early 90's Joyce opened two highly successful boutiques in the Aventura Mall which have been credited for launching a revolution in the independent retailing of prestige clothing labels. In 1999, Joyce was recognized by WWD as a member of “Retails New Guard”.
Next, she leveraged her extensive experience in retail management with commercial real estate leasing. She swiftly was able to close a deal leasing 35,000 square feet to a national tenant. In addition, she represented many high-profile restaurants and luxury retailers in The Design District, Brickell City Center, Aventura Mall, Wynwood, Lincoln Road and others.
Prior to her move back to Miami in 2012, Joyce lived in Manhattan where she gained experience and developed skills designing and accessorizing homes where she collaborated with some of New York's most sought-after designers. Her understanding of space, decor and style, coupled with her business acumen, set the stage for her segue into residential real estate.
Her passion and talent for residential design, culminated in numerous accolades for the renovation and buildout of two bucolic homes in Sagaponack, New York City and Surfside, Florida.
As a result of Joyce's successes in Miami and New York she has amassed a prestigious portfolio of clients representing the upper echelons of New York's and Miami's financial, business, and creative communities. Her clients are fiercely loyal due to the level of service and business acuity she provides that is simply un-paralleled in the industry.
When Joyce is not with her clients you can find her biking, golfing, cooking, traveling or enjoying time with her family, friends, two sons and French Bulldog.
