Hello, I'm Koby Callahan and I am a Realtor with Las Vegas Sotheby's International Realty! I primarily work with investors and out of state/relocating home buyers, but have, and will do pretty much anything involving real estate! Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I was in the military and oil business. Following a career-ending injury, I started investing in real estate. Having experience in hard money lending, flipping, and rentals, becoming a Realtor was the next logical step. When working for my clients I bring a superior understanding of the purchasing process along with all aspects and needs for the investment.
