Gina Lester

Regardless of price-point, working with Gina Lester means beauty and luxury at every level. Very hands-on, she is known for staging perfection and exceptional visual presentation by handling details to create an environment that attracts serious buyers.

And such skills are not innate. Her seventeen-year career as a sales executive has been a significant contributor to Gina’s real estate success, as she managed one-hundred million dollars in territories, interfacing daily with high-level executives. From those experiences, Gina learned how to advocate for clients while navigating and negotiating complex business transactions.

That said, Gina firmly believes her multi-million-dollar successes boil down to the simple concept that although real estate transactions can be stressful and complex, the entire process should also be exciting and fun. That concept, along with her dedication to her clients, has earned her a ‘Company Wide Rookie of the Year’ in 2013 from a former brokerage, 2015-2017 Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty North ‘Top Producing Agent’ and D Magazine’s ‘Top Producer, Individual-Platinum’ for 2015-2018.

Active in children's charities, Gina served on the board for CASA of Collin County for six years and was also active on the fundraising side and chaired several annual galas. She is an advocate of Children's Medical Center and served on their stewardship committee and an active supporter of Children's Hospital.

A native Texan and mother of four, Gina grew up in Austin and Plano, with family in Preston Hollow. A fifteen year resident of Frisco, Gina currently lives in Stonebriar where she and her husband have built their dream home.
