Chaya began her real estate career working for a well-known developer in the city. After renting out an entire building of loft apartments in record time, Chaya cemented her love for real estate working as a full-service realtor in the city and surrounding suburbs. Chaya enjoys working with her clients to see their ownership dreams realized, whether it is buying a starter condo in the city, finding the perfect single-family in the suburbs, or investing in a multi-unit building.

Chaya grew up in Lincoln Park and is currently raising her daughters in the heart of the city—the Gold Coast. Chaya loves practicing yoga, boxing, and traveling. She actively gives back to the community, donating a percentage of her commission on every transaction to local charities.
