Jenni Niemiec Feeney

Having been born and raised in Chicago, I’ve grown to appreciate all the city has to offer. I’ve seen and experienced the neighborhoods and watched them change. I find joy in helping others find the neighborhood and the home that fits their lifestyle. I came into the real estate industry by chance, and quickly grew to love it. Over the years, I worked my way up by learning from some of the best in the industry. I found that I loved supporting others achieve their goals both professionally and personally. Having worked on all sides of the transaction, I’m able to appreciate the way buyers and sellers experience each of the phase and assist them in moving through each part of the transaction with ease. After over a decade of working and growing through others, I felt that the next natural step was for me to venture out on my own. My goal was to create a team that provided the client with a unique and supportive environment throughout the process. I found that too often, there is a disconnect between buyers & sellers and their brokers - we can sometimes normalize the process when it is not at all familiar territory to the client. I understand that real estate transactions have a huge impact on the trajectory of one’s life and I wanted to address the emotional side of the transaction. I’m here to support my clients as they build out the framework of their life, using real estate as an avenue by which they achieve their goals.
