As a Chicago resident and a broker for over 25 years, Carol Has the experience and knowledge to help you successfully navigate the buying and selling process.  Carol has a passion for investing and a keen understanding of interior design trends that will sell homes. Carol also has a good relationship with other brokers in the area, as well as the service providers in the industry. She will put you in touch with the best interior designers, contractors, attorneys and financing people in the Chicago area. She is capable of managing several aspects of your deal independently and prides herself on being your main point of contact.

Carol especially enjoys finding properties that are undervalued or that need work in order to enjoy a quick increase in equity. In addition to advising clients on improving their new purchases, she has personally rehabbed six properties, the most recent being a four story Gold Coast townhouse that she moved into 65 days after going down to the studs, and then set a record for the highest sale of a like unit. Whether it’s a new construction or a home in need of work, Carol advises each client with special care toward achieving their long and short term goals. 

As the mother of two boys, Carol is in touch with what families are looking for in a home and what they want and need to know — neighborhoods, school districts, parks and extracurricular programs that are available for kids. She has volunteered as a Sunday School teacher at Fourth Presbyterian Church for many years, chaired the Holiday Faire Bake Sale at St. Chrysostum’s Day School and served on the Executive Board for the PTA at Lasalle Language Academy in Old Town Triangle.
