A MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT, BARBARA FOX

I created Fox Residential Group in 1989 as a boutique brokerage specializing in the sale of upscale residential properties on the Upper East and West Sides of Manhattan. We began with four experienced sales brokers in a small townhouse office on 78th Street just off Madison Avenue and now have a sales staff of over 50 brokers in beautiful new office quarters on 60th Street between Fifth and Madison Avenues. Our watchwords have always been service and attention to detail for our buyers and sellers. I am proud of how much we have accomplished in the past 30 years.

Over the years, we not only grew in size but added expertise in all areas and neighborhoods of Manhattan. We handle sales of condominium and cooperative apartments, townhouses and rentals all over Manhattan and Brooklyn. Our corporate relocation division serves many Fortune 500 companies, major national law firms, investment banking houses, foreign governments and business organizations. Our new development division, works with conversions and development projects and on-site sales.

All of the Fox brokers are skilled real estate professionals and share my commitment to meeting all your real estate needs. Because of the importance we assign to all transactions handle by our office, I stay personally involved with each and every one – contributing my 35 plus years of experience as a Manhattan broker.
