Karolina Bradt

In addition to having proven track record in real estate experience, Karolina holds a BA in International Business from Penn State, MBA from University of Wisconsin, and post-graduate work at Harvard. During her career, she has invested in rental properties across the United States, and she is more than prepared for navigating complex real estate transactions, having many successes in the luxury segment in Austin.

Karolina specializes in Lakeway and the surrounding areas. In addition to residential transactions, she has expertise in assisting investors and developers who buy and sell multiple properties each year. She utilizes a team of professional service providers to assist her in exceeding her client's expectations including stagers, painters, designers, handyman, and inspectors.

A native of Poland, Karolina made her way through places like Pennsylvania and Wisconsin before arriving in Lakeway, TX. As a real estate investor, property owner and resident of Lakeway when not helping clients, she enjoys spending time swimming, traveling, and volunteering at pet shelters. Karolina is also very involved in the community (from Lakeway to the Austin area), along with running The Bradt Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on supporting local Texas animal shelters.
