Karyn Hammond

I am what most would consider a native Georgia peach. I was born and raised in the Lawrenceville area and have lived in many areas around Metro Atlanta since then - from the suburbs of Gwinnett and Athens to Midtown, Virginia-Highland, Decatur, Sandy Springs and everything in between. I grew up surrounded by the housing and real estate industry. My father built my childhood home and worked as the general contractor for a construction company, and my mother has been a REALTOR® for as long as I can remember. I spent summers during high school and college assisting her, which led to my desire to pursue a career in the real estate industry just out of college.

I have been in the real estate industry since 2013, both on the REALTOR® side and the administrative side. My experience has afforded me the great opportunity to become knowledgeable on all aspects of the real estate industry. My focus is to take as much of the stress out of the process as possible, allowing an easy and fun opportunity for all of my clients. I currently reside in Dunwoody with my husband, Adam, our son, Noah, and our sweet Boxer mix puppy, Lincoln. In my spare time, I enjoy trying new restaurants around the city, traveling to new places, running and any outdoor activities.
