Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty Founding Partner and founder of Heery Brothers. Neal has over 28 years of experience specializing in luxury residential real estate, development, management and sales. Under his leadership, Heery Brothers has averaged over $34 million per year for the last five years. His team has completed over $700M in sales with over 600 transactions. Heery Brothers has been ranked as top producers every year since their founding in 2004, and they were #1 Small Team with the Atlanta REALTORS® Top Producers in 2008.
Neal has participated as investor and developer in over 25 residential construction or renovation projects. He enjoys sharing the knowledge gained through his career and tested on his own projects to the benefit of Heery Brothers clients. He has owned and operated rental houses, low-end flips and luxury new builds. Prior to his residential real estate career, Neal was responsible for pursuing management, development and acquisition opportunities for a full-service medical office building brokerage, HealthAmerica Realty Group. He located, brokered and developed several medical office buildings in Georgia and Florida.
Prior to HealthAmerica Group, Neal was with Satulah Group and worked toward the conversion of retail facilities during mergers for Bank of America and Security Pacific in Southern California and then for Chemical Bank and Manufacturer Hanover trust bank. In New York, he was responsible for 140 branches on Long Island, led the survey team, updated as-built drawings, prepared construction and signage recommendations, ensured compliance with building codes, ADA and bank retail program. Neal also worked in the Satulah group Atlanta office in business development. Notable, he obtained in a master planning project for the city of Bahi, China for the firm amongst other projects.
