Effective communication, responsiveness and persistence are three most notable attributes that makes Sonya a successful agent. These attributes are three of the most essential skills needed to successfully negotiate real estate contracts in today's complex real estate environment. Her energy and can do attitude draws people to Sonya. Living in the Northern Virginia area since 1978, Sonya considers herself a native. After relocating from the Pittsburgh area, she graduated from George Mason University with a degree in marketing and government contract management. During college, she worked as a contract administrator for various government contractors gaining valuable skills as a contracts negotiator. This experience enables her to successfully negotiate sales contracts with her client's best interest in mind. After graduation, Sonya obtained her real estate license and joined her husband as owners of a small real estate company. For the past 25 years, Sonya has worked in the real estate settlement business as a real estate agent and an owner of a real estate title business. Sonya lives in Burke, Virginia with her husband and looks forward to visits from her three children. Sonya loves to spend time with her children, cook, entertain, hike, play golf and travel.
