About me…I’m Kerri Richards, and I love being a Realtor. I began practicing real estate two decades ago when I moved to Las Vegas from the East Bay. Although I’ve spent my adult years in West Coast cities like Seattle and San Francisco, I’m an Iowa girl at heart. I bring those midwestern values to my business: hard-work, ethics and integrity.
I’ve grown roots in the desert soil: 1) My teenage son was born and raised here…he’s very happy at his school, American Heritage Academy.
2) I’ve grown friendships here, too, especially at my gym, LifeTime Athletic…it’s my happy place!
3) I met my husband here, and we’re celebrating our anniversary in October.
