Erik Schneider has been selling luxury real estate since 2003. His impressive portfolio includes some of the most beautiful, sought-after properties in South Florida.
No stranger to any part of a successful launch, Erik began his career as an Accounts Manager with the Majestic Collection. As the liaison between the broker and on-site teams, he was instrumental in the day-to-day operation of Majestic Properties' new construction projects, including the Marquis, Soliel, Vitri and Paramount Bay.
Prior to his current position as Director of Sales at Faena House, Erik was on-site at Canyon Ranch Living in Miami Beach, where he sold for over three years and served several roles – including Director of Sales and top producing sales executive. In that time, Erik sold an astounding 139 units totaling more than $160 million in sales. Before taking on Canyon Ranch, Erik was the Director of Sales for the Carlyle Residences, a Los Angeles luxury property on Wilshire's "Golden Mile" with residences averaging $5 million. In this position, Erik worked closely with potential clients and ownership. Over the course of his time at the Carlyle, Erik successfully sold 23 of the 78 properties before ultimately returning home to Miami. Deeply committed to all aspects of his Real Estate career, Erik has launched projects such as the Caribbean on Miami Beach, where he served as Director of Sales from 2005-2007. While at the Caribbean, Erik took every opportunity to develop broker relationships, which he still maintains today. In addition, he was instrumental in all aspects of the property launch including staffing and marketing strategy.
Erik is a passionate photographer and uses his access to some of our area's most beautiful properties to hone his residential photography skills. When he isn't landing new deals, Erik spends time with his wife and two sons and enjoys cycling around beautiful Miami.
