Zee Crocker’s knowledge of the Cape runs deep with a multigenerational heritage and as well as a love and passion for both land and sea. Growing up in Osterville and attending Barnstable High School helped Zee build a foundation that he relies on to this day. This foundation includes Zee’s leadership role at the Barnstable Clean Water Coalition. Unique on the Cape, this non-profit is working toward solutions to the Cape’s environmental challenges. “Coming to LandVest allows me to dovetail my passion for real estate with a commitment to our environment. Stewardship of the land is part of everyone’s story, whether we are talking about one acre of land and your home; or a farm, a ranch or thousands of acres of timberland”. Decades of financial services experience as a Managing Director with industry leading firms including Merrill Lynch allowed Zee to develop the skills to work closely with clients in an advisory capacity. “Whether buying or selling; listening to, and understanding, my client’s goals is always the first step. Working together, we construct a plan.” Creative thinking is the key to a successful plan. Sometimes early conversations shape a vision that changes and often Zee’s local knowledge plays a critical role. What is the long-term goal? How do the clients see their future? Multiple conversations and meetings are often involved in a roadmap toward success and happiness. Buying and selling real estate is not a simple transaction. It is about how and where we want to live our lives. Recently, developing unique marketing plans has allowed Zee’s selling clients to achieve record results.
