Chrisand Castella

Born and raised in Malaysia, Chrisand grew up in a multi-cultural society where home ownership was a symbol of pride and a goal for all. Though it was hard for many to achieve, Chrisand's memory of this penultimate goal stayed with her. Chrisand lived and worked in Hong Kong for 13 years as a successful salesperson in industrial machinery. In 2008, she moved to New York to work in the fashion industry where her work required frequent travel to many Asian countries. These fields of work led Chrisand to acquire high standards of excellence and understanding of looking for and providing quality service. Now in real estate, Chrisand's diverse background enables her to have a collaborative relationship both with other agents as well as with her clients to focus on the clients' home buying and selling goals. Chrisand's honesty and relentless efforts provide her clients with a distinct understanding of the local real estate market while fueling them with the passion to succeed in finding the home of their dreams. Multi-lingual, Chrisand is able to work with clients who speak English, Malay and various dialects of Chinese.

When finding moments of free time, Chrisand enjoys practicing yoga and spending time with loved ones, family and friends.
