My nickname is the 'patient agent' because I understand that buying and selling a home can be very stressful. My job is to take as much of that stress away as possible. I love what I do, and no matter the price point, I am thrilled when I can successfully assist and guide my buyers and sellers toward a happy closing!
I take great care to handle my relationships with my network of agents with professionalism, patience and integrity because my reputation and the continued respect of my fellow agents are very important to me.
With a reputation as an energetic 'tech-savvy' agent, I consistently strive to sharpen my skills so I can provide the very best in innovative marketing to work efficiently, price properties correctly and strongly negotiate for my clients. I consistently have market statistics for my listings that outpace the current market, including Days on Market, List Price to Sales Price Ratio and more!
I enjoy spending my free time with my husband and our doodles, Bandit and Lucy, who constantly keep us entertained. I enjoy long walks, the beach (plus long walks on the beach!) and gardening, or 'playing in the dirt', which also includes growing orchids. I have volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, the Chattahoochee Nature Center, The Drake House and Miles for Melanoma.
