A native North Carolinian, Katie has called Metro Atlanta home for 23 years. She loves Atlanta's balance of laid-back southern attitude and energetic city living. She prides herself on knowing where to enjoy the best meals in the trendiest Atlanta area restaurants.

Growing up as the daughter of a custom home builder, Katie has real estate in her bones. She cut her teeth in the real estate world as a client relations specialist, where she worked closely with developers and buyers, helping them choose finishes, fixtures and design aesthetics for multimillion-dollar projects and homes. Her success, derived from working with a wide range of luxury retailers, new homebuyers, investors and boutique vendors, lends her a wholistic perspective that sets her apart from the rest.

Katie's spunky personality, attention to detail and genuine interest in providing her clients first-class treatment gives clients the confidence they will be taken care of. Katie strives to maintain a work-life balance by spending time with her husband, Cody, working out, traveling and leading worship at her local church. In her time off, you will find her on a beach somewhere with a skinny margarita in hand.
