Nathan leverages a deep professional background to the advantage of his clients. His real estate career began with Osprey Realty, a boutique real estate brokerage he founded in 2006.
Nathan demonstrates exceptional negotiation skills acquired through building and selling several businesses, and takes a data driven and systematic approach to applying best practices to his client’s transactions. He also has a passion for architecture, demonstrated through his sympathetic restoration of a historic home.

Nathan primarily represents residential sellers in Northern Virginia. Nathan enjoys horses and he has a special affinity for showcasing equestrian properties.
